Sakura VIP 5

The Sakura VIP 5 can be programmed for 150 cassettes or 300 cassettes for your processing needs. The user-friendly programming allows for standard processing, reagent management and cleaning cycles. The unit cleans paraffin by degassing the oven, ensuring sanitized paraffin without the need for additional retort cleaning cycles. The programmable water rinse virtually eliminates alcohol fumes in the retort.

Sakura VIP 6

The Sakura VIP 6 tissue processor is the latest in Sakura’s prominent line of histology products. Combining vacuum infiltration with enhanced reagent features, this processor is ideal for any size lab and any type of specimens. This unit features optional xylene-free processing, reagent management system, and quick fill and drain. Both standard processing and fast biopsy runs are available.

Sakura VIP E150 - E300

Select either the E-150 unit for processing up to 150 cassettes, or the E-300 for 300 cassettes. Modular design is available in Floor or Bench models. Traditional vacuum/paraffin processing allows delay mode so your tissue samples process overnight and are ready at the start of the next work day.

Leica ASP300S

The Leica ASP 300S is a fully enclosed automated vacuum tissue processor designed for up to 300 cassettes. The unit can be programmed with different parameters for optimal processing for histology specimens. The color touch screen allows the operator to select Programs, ‘smart features’ such as Reagent Management System, and quick start for commonly used programs.

Leica TP1020

The Leica TP 1020 is a semi-enclosed benchtop Tissue Processor. Gentle specimen processing and a high level of specimen safety at all stages of the processing run are supported by the robust design based on precision mechanics in conjunction with a modern user interface. Process up to 2 baskets of 100 cassettes each with the easy to use program functions.

Available in four configurations: the basic instrument, the basic instrument with vacuum, the basic instrument with a fume control system and the basic instrument with both vacuum and fume control. Contact us for details on available instruments.

Thermo Shandon Citadel 1000 / 2000

The Citadel Tissue Processor is available in 2 configurations: Model 1000 for 60 cassette capacity, or Model 2000 for 120 cassette capacity. This reliable processor can store 4 programs with delayed start feature. A hand-held touch key pad, connected by an extendable lead to the processor, is used to program and control all functions. An optional vacuum system is available, as well as a fume hood.

Thermo Excelsior ES

The Excelsior ES offers walk-away xylene-free tissue processing with unmatched tissue quality and lowest cost of ownership. With a unique reagent monitoring and management system, the Excelsior ES delivers significant reagent cost savings. Use up to 3 levels of organized baskets (74 cassettes each), or a random basket for larger specimens.
